Light, grounded framing to set the day. The kind that shifts how you see, not what you should do.

Breathwork, a yoga flow, meditation, or a gratitude practice. Each one anchors the lesson in the body.

One thing to carry into your day. Not homework. An experiment. Something to notice, try, or bring.

The 30-Day Arc

Each phase builds on the last. The work accumulates. By the end, something has genuinely shifted.

Days 1–7

Reawakening the Senses

The entry point isn't concepts. It's direct experience. This week is about turning the volume back up on what you can feel. Gratitude practices carried through the day, noticing beauty, body-based exercises, time in environments that naturally make you feel alive. The guiding question: what can you feel right now?

Days 8–14

Reawakening Desire

Once you can feel again, you go a level deeper. From noticing the world to noticing what you actually want. This week is about distinguishing authentic desire from obligation and should, and taking small self-directed acts — one thing each day done purely because you want to. The guiding question: what do you actually want?

Days 15–21

Right Action

Now you move. Small, chosen, slightly edgy actions — things you've been wanting to do but haven't. Movement creates clarity here, not the other way around. Each day has one act of chosen expansion done from a grounded place rather than from pressure. The guiding question: what would you do if you weren't waiting to feel ready?

Days 22–28

Staying Alive in the Ordinary

The hardest part: not losing aliveness on a Tuesday afternoon. This week brings everything into work, relationships, and the mundane moments that make up most of life. Community belongs here too — showing up fully with others and feeling what that creates. The guiding question: how do you stay alive when it's not a peak moment?

Days 29–30

Emergence

You've done the work. Now feel who you've become.

Thirty days of practice change you. The final two are about feeling that and stepping fully into who you've become.

The first 28 days restore the feeling. The final two let it land.

Not everything becomes easy. But everything becomes alive.
